Due to changes in demand and market research, Conestoga has decided to rework the finishes we offer!

Truetone stains (all colors) will be discontinued entirely at the end of 2026. Warranty claims for previous orders will be honored after that, but otherwise no Truetones will be offered.

We are happy to introduce new wiping stain colors, available soon in sample kits across wood species! The new options include Allspice, Carbon, Caribou, Chinchilla, Mojave, Pine Cone and Tuscan Brown. Some colors of wiping stain will be retired, though still available upon request for some time. These are Bordeaux, Cordovan, Espresso, Ginger, Harvest Gold, Honey, and Washington Cherry.

Our most popular finish, Colourtone paints, will also see changes. Our eight new Colourtone options and their corresponding Sherwin-Williams codes are listed below:

Bay Leaf = SW9130 Evergreen Fog

Café Noir = SW7048 Urbane Bronze

Fossil = SW7029 Agreeable Gray

Hazelnut = SW0037 Morris Room Grey

Holly = SW6208 Pewter Green

Parchment = SW7036 Accessible Beige

Steel Blue = SW7604 Smokey Blue

Truffle = SW7076 Cyberspace

Due to decline in demand, Cadet Grey, Gunsmoke, Heron, and Marina colors will be discontinued. They will be available in the future as custom Prism colors using the below Sherwin-Williams codes:

Cadet Grey = SW7017 Dorian Gray

Gunsmoke = SW7663 Monorail Silver

Heron = SW7050 Useful Gray

Marina = SW7613 Aqua-Sphere

Some glaze colors will also be retired at year end: Caramel, Chai, and Oyster.
