Effective for any orders placed after June 28, 2024, Conestoga Wood Specialties is adjusting prices on a number of products to better reflect current market conditions. Of particular note to our customers, pricing for all grades of white oak are expected to increase significantly. This is due in large part to surging demands for white oak barrels in the bourbon industry.

Changing standards in the plywood industry also have us in the difficulty position of facing shortages or relaxing our high standards for quality materials. We are doing everything in our power to maintain our specifications for quality, which in this case means doing more labor to ensure that the plywood we use will meet our customer's expectations.

Prices will increase in the following main areas:

All Advantage framed RTA cabinets

All doors and drawer fronts, particularly Slim Shaker styles

Custom front frames

Finishing costs

There will be a few areas in which prices are tweaked downward, notably stain-grade hard maple, some mouldings and specialty products.
